While at our sales office, after your meeting with our Sales Representative, you can have an on-site meeting with a Mortgage Expert. Our Experts are available during the sales office’s working hours. We can also schedule a meeting at a time convenient for you.

During the meeting with the Expert at our sales office, your creditworthiness will be assessed, and the mortgage installment for your chosen apartment will be calculated.

Mortgage applications are filled out, signed, and submitted on your behalf to selected banks.

Upon receiving preliminary positive credit decisions, we sign the developer agreement for your chosen property.

After the banks issue final mortgage decisions, and the Mortgage Expert has analyzed and negotiated the terms of the mortgage agreement, you can make the final decision on which bank’s mortgage you choose. The Mortgage Expert will then arrange for you to sign the agreement at the bank.

After fulfilling all formal and legal conditions, you will begin repaying mortgage installments with interim insurance, and after the mortgage security is registered in the land registry, you will pay the final installments.
