I rate the quality of workmanship of the property from Novisa Developer very highly. The apartment was handed over in a condition consistent with the contract – walls even, plasterwork aesthetic, installations carefully distributed. Window and door joinery looks solid, without visible defects or shortcomings. The floors and subfloors prepared for finishing were even and well-executed.
